We eliminate unnecessary intermediaries by procuring directly at the farm gate and cooperative levels. This gives our buyers complete lot traceability, consistent export grading, fair pricing, and strict quality control from raw harvest to final dispatch.

Our operations, manufacturing partners, and export consignments comply with recognized statutory and international food safety benchmarks:

• US FDA Registered: Approved for commercial food export into North America.

• APEDA Accredited: Certified agricultural export procedures and phytosanitary tracking.

All raw commodities undergo mechanical cleaning, destoning, aspiration, and optical grading in certified, hygienic facilities. We utilize food-grade, moisture-barrier packaging materials, food-safe desiccants, vacuum sealing, and high-purity nitrogen gas flushing to protect sensitive commodities from ambient humidity, mold, and oxidation during ocean transit.

We provide three core packaging solutions:

1. In-House Brand Packaging: Packed under our registered export brand with shelf-ready presentation, barcode integration, and attractive retail pouch graphics.

2. White Label & Private Label (OEM): End-to-end contract packaging under your own brand name, including custom packaging design support, material selection, and localized regulatory compliance panels.

3. Bulk Supply Packaging: Heavy-duty, cost-effective packaging for food manufacturers, wholesalers, and institutional repackers (e.g., 10 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg, and 50 kg PP sacks, jute bags, and food-grade drums).

Yes. For value-added products like Flavoured Makhana and South Indian Pickles, our food formulation team can adjust seasoning intensity, sodium levels, oil mediums (e.g., sesame, mustard, or olive oil), and flavor profiles (e.g., Peri Peri, Himalayan Salt & Pepper, Cream & Onion) to suit your domestic consumer palate.

We offer flexible MOQs to support emerging brands and established retail chains alike. Standard unprinted barrier pouches with custom adhesive labels carry lower initial MOQs, while custom-printed rotogravure film runs and bespoke container moulds are quoted based on production volume.

We support standard international trade terms, primarily:

• FOB (Free on Board): Delivery to major Indian ports (Nhava Sheva/JNPT, Chennai, Krishnapatnam, or Vizag).

• CFR (Cost and Freight): Freight covered up to your nominated port of destination.

• CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): Complete marine cargo insurance and freight paid to your destination port.

Every international consignment is accompanied by official shipping documentation:

• Commercial Invoice and Packing List

• Clean on Board Bill of Lading (B/L)

• Certificate of Origin (Issued by Chamber of Commerce or Export Inspection Agency)

• Phytosanitary Certificate (Issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, India)

• Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from a NABL-accredited testing laboratory

• Fumigation & Cargo Inspection Certificate (where applicable)

Standard container capacities for a 20-foot (20 FCL) or 40-foot (40 FCL) container include:

• Raw Phool Makhana: ~2.5 to 3.5 metric tons per 40-ft HC container (due to high volume-to-weight ratio).

• Cashew Kernels: ~15 to 16 metric tons per 20-ft container (packed in vacuum cartons).

• Dry Red Chilli: ~6.5 to 7.5 metric tons per 20-ft container (bagged); up to 12 metric tons in compressed bales.

• Fresh Red Onions: ~28 to 29 metric tons per 40-ft reefer container (packed in 25 kg mesh bags).

• South Indian Pickles: ~15 to 18 metric tons per 20-ft container (palletized jars or bulk drums).
